REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

​If you are not satisfied with your print, please contact us immediately (until seven days) and we will find a solution. Email us at contact [at] digitalprintcollective [dot] com with the following information:

  • Name

  • Date of purchase

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If more than 7 days has passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a refund.

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

 

WALLART AND T-SHIRT

We will replace or refund any print that is defective or damaged. We also offer a 7 day refund, excluding shipping costs, if you change your mind. The customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping.

If the wrong shipping address has been provided at checkout we will endeavor to redirect your order to the correct address at no additional cost. However, if the print has already been dispatched, any additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

 

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD

We will replace or refund any digital print that is defective or damaged. Due to the nature of digital downloads, such goods cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.

Postcards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
